Chezie is a company committed to creating an inclusive workplace for our employees and promoting equity in the community that we serve. 

The purpose of the Black@Chezie ERG is to create a safe space for Black employees, raise awareness of societal issues faced by the Black community, and support Chezie business initiatives. Although Black@Chezie is an employee-led group, we work with all parts of our company to achieve our goals and help our company succeed.
