For women of color, leadership roles can seem like a far-reaching goal due to the systemic barriers, bias and hostility which women of color face during their career journey. During this session, Career Coach Audrey Galo will relay career game changing moves she developed from her experience coaching hundreds of women of color in the tech industry.
